Raft Building

A Raft Building exercise is the perfect team building event, and can be easily arranged through most team building event companies. 

Participants are split into teams, and provided with the bare essentials needed to build a raft. They are given full instructions, and then the teams are pitted against each other to build their raft in the fastest time, with prizes for the winning team. 

However, before anyone gets any prizes, comes the real test, does the raft actually work?

Once the raft has been built, each team is challenged to navigate safely across a designated route, so if your team hasn't been working together properly, you are all getting wet!

Participants will be required to display creativity, skill assignment, initiative, and above all, teamwork. Raft building is not only a great team building exercise, it can also be hilarious fun for everyone involved, and as it is a goal driven activity, it helps your team to build confidence, and/or identify weaknesses.
