of the events from the original BBC "It's a knockout" series
and the whole event can be individually tailored to suit your needs.
Many of the original favorites from the its a knockout show are
available, so it can be great for jogging old memories.
Participants compete in a
variety of wacky events such as obstacle courses, and races hindered by
wacky outfits, a high level of fitness is not really necessary so almost
anyone can participate.
