Sailing
 A Sailing weekend makes a
good choice for teambuilding excursion. Many sailing centres offer
excellent fast track sailing programs combining training with specific
team building exercises incorporated into it.
Participants
will have to display excellent leadership, communication and skill
management qualities, as well as being able to maintain their calm in
the face of the most pressurized situations. Most
teambuilding workshops are set over a weekend, with a day given to
beginner training, and the second day spent applying the training, by
forming your own crew on a 30ft sailboat. Most
companies provide a certificate of achievement on successful completion
of the course, leaving participants with a genuine sense of achievement
at the end of the course.
